Membership - In-Person 8 Hours Monthly BENEFITS: This monthly membership plan includes 8 hours of in-person coaching per month. These 8 hours can be broken up into 8 one hour sessions, 4 two hour sessions, or any other agreed upon combination that totals no more than 8 hours. This membership includes accountability check-ins. Just ask about them and we will set up a system and schedule where I check in with you at certain times via text or phone call. For in-person coaching, I also offer the service of taking some recycling and donations out of the home for you. The time it takes will be counted towards your coaching hours. Travel time from my home to your home however is not counted as coaching time unless previously discussed, in which case it may be an additional fee. PRICING: The cost of this membership is based on $38 per hour for 8 hours. The total cost is $304 per month and must be paid in full before any decluttering sessions that month are held. Elena's Declutter holds the right to allow delayed payment. You will be automatically charged on the same day of each month (based on your first payment / signup date) until you cancel your membership. CONDITIONS: This membership does not allow refunds for unused hours. However all unused hours rollover into the next month(s). It is your responsibility to schedule sessions and use up all coaching hours. I will do my best to schedule and remind you of sessions, but if I do not, that does not mean you qualify for a refund. It’s up to you to use the hours you pay for. I track coaching time so if at any point you would like a detailed history of hours used you may request it. You can cancel your membership anytime and rejoin again later or downgrade your membership if you are not able to use all your declutter coaching hours. Any sessions scheduled for Sundays, Fridays, or any day that go past 5pm (aka evening sessions) are subject to a $25 late cancelation fee if cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. There are no exceptions for sickness or emergencies. Elena's Declutter will send you a separate invoice that must be paid before the next session is scheduled. Elena's Declutter holds the right to allow delayed payment. The hours not used at the canceled session, however, are not reduced and can be used in future. Elena’s Declutter LLC offers organizing and decluttering services, coaching, and accountability. While delivering these services, Elena’s Declutter LLC may offer general advice and tips on a variety of topics but does not offer professional counseling/therapy, financial advice, or medical advice. In this policy, "I", "me", or “my” refers to Elena's Declutter LLC and owner Elena Harris, and "you" or “your”, or “yours” refers to the client.
